FORUM '24
Dear Colleagues,
HCAVS (Hellenic Companion Animal Veterinary Society) is hosting FORUM’24 in Companion Animal Medicine. Our annual congress for 2024 is focused on Emergencies and it will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, at Porto Palace Hotel, 13 to 14 April, 2024. Pre-congress seminars and labs will take place on April 12, 2024.
HCAVS is from 2015 a full member of World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA). Our mission is to provide high level postgraduate continuing education to veterinarians of Companion Animal Medicine and our annual congress is an outstanding continuing education event.
The scientific program of our FORUM’24, consists of a big number of lectures from national and international invited speakers both from universities and private practices. They will cover the most common aspects of companion animal medical and surgical emergencies. Oral and poster communications are an integral part of our congress and will also be available.

Interpretation in Greek language will be provided for lectures of international speakers.

Course Description
In this one-day radiology course professor Tobias Schwarz will demonstrate techniques and tips for reading x-rays of thoracic and musculoskeletal system. There will be also an extensive practical part with cases to be discussed with the audience. By the end of this course all participants will be able to diagnose radiographically the most common thoracic and musculoskeletal diseases of dogs and cats.
